Cpu temp seems high..

Just built my new pc, installed fans and x62 cpu Cooper. This is what the cpu temp is showing, does this look too high for your liking? What would you recommend? Thankyou

Did you apply any decent thermal paste?

That CPU runs hot intel even tells people not to overclock this overclockable CPU because it naturally runs hot don't worry these are normal temps for this chip.. I have one as well.

Alright so that temp is considered normal for a kraken x62 and my cpu?

I have a Corsair H100i V2 and those are normal temps for my STOCK 7700K I wouldn't sweat it at all.

Yeah I just thought for the price it should be performing a little better to be honest. I may invest in better thermal paste.

Thermal paste will do nothing honestly.. It's intel's flaw with this chip no matter what you do the chip is going to run hot.
