Probably another N00b Memory Question

I am in the process of building my own machine (been about century since I have done this).  my mobo is an MSI 270 KRAIT Gaming.  I am wanting to put 64g of RAM (Music/Video Processing etc...) But I seem to be having some difficulty finding the right memory modules.  The specs say that it will take up to 64g of DDR4-3733+(OC).  Currently, looking some of the usual suspects (G.SKILL, Corsair, Crucial, Kingston, etc...) I can get up to DDR4-2133 RAM in a 16x4 configuration.  But most usually these are being touted as server memory (ECC).  I don't really think that I need ECC memory, but I would love to hear from the community their thoughts.  Just an FYI, I REALLY want to put 64G of RAM in this machine.  Just because I always end up thinking that after a little while things just slow down too much.

You don't need 64g of RAM, if you do you should be looking at Ryzen for the core count as well.

Content creation.  I am a musician and will be doing some recording, plus some video work in adobe premier.

please save yourself some money and don't get that ridiculous amount of ram
