Oh why, creators update, why?

So, I installed teh creator's update, now I've got a Paint 3D, yay, I guess?
Well, the OneDrive is back, deleted it. Windows Defender didn't stuck in tray, managed to get rid of it. (removed from tray, not entirely)
Now to fix UAC back to normal, what's that, the reg edit is no longer working? Why? Why not? The Windows 10 Anniversary update UAC has been terrible, it looks horrendous and rarely gets focused, so I switched to the old style which worked fine. Now with the creators update all the unnecessary and horrific stuff is back, but I can't reverse the UAC to the old one. Any ideas how to get the old UAC?

ADDITION
Before the crators update I was able to sign in to my PC by pressin enter twice, once to remove the sliding scrensaver picture, and second time by pressing the sign in button, all I had to do was double tap enter, not anymore. Not it's Enter, tab Enter. It's annoying when I want to quickly wake my PC by pressing the num pad enter.

Yeah it hasn't changed. I changed it back to the old one in Anniversary Update, so for me it changed. And with creators update I can't change it back to the "Windows 7 styled" UAC.
