is there good coil free noise and fan noises and good software as i like a silent fans as i dont only game i do work as i am in small room.   

it easy to hear small noises as many people cant hear them as fans noices as i got noctua 140 fans and d15 cpu with two 140 fans in silent as i got 600q with 2 fans on front  cpu 2 fans 140 1 fan for the back 140 and 2 140 fans on bottom and i got be quiet pure power 600 and m.2 960 evo 500 and 2 firecuda that only for storages for games and not ruing all ways i got msi 970 and i use 1800x and 32 gb of ram?

 

is there any good brand to pick as i saw asus gigabyte evga zataoc i hear asus can go fanless on none games and games which brand you have and how is your fanless mode or nosie and coil whine?

All major brands are good, and are silent at idle.

 

Pick From:

- Asus

- MSI

- Gigabyte

- Zotac

- EVGA

 

and you should be golden.

 

IMO EVGA and ASUS are the best, but that's my opinion, not fact.

First off, punctuation. Heard of it?

Most of the newer 10 series card from the large manufacturers (Asus, MSI, EVGA, Zotac etc.) set their fan speed to 0rpm under low load, and bad coil whine isn't very common on those cards.
