How much power does AT2035 use?

Go to solution Solved by manikyath,

mA = 0.001A

so.. 120 milliwatts, or 0.12 watts.

So voltage x current = wattage right?

So... 120w??? Are we talking 120w all the time as long as the mic is on, or only when it's recording?

I don't even pay for the power for my house but damn, if it's 120w I feel bad. How much power should I expect to be drawing idle with both Scarlet Solo and AT2035 on?

:S

Phantom power is actually 48v typical, so 48 * 0.0038 = 0.1824W
