If retail I'll buy from them along with the rest of my parts after lunch

OEM means the license is tied to the motherboard and you cannot transfer it. Retail is you can transfer the license.

 

Otherwise they're exactly the same.

If it's from the Microsoft Store, it's probably retail.

It's a retail key, but it's super expensive

 

either get an OEM key from kinguin for $30

But you can call Microsoft and they will transfer it for you, which basically nullifies the only advantage a legit key has.

I'm just saying what's in the EULA. If you want to subvert it, that's your problem.
