so recently this popup is constitlny on my screen and i have no clue what it is?  any ideas?

from the looks of it is Intel Energy Checker Energy Saver Application but some reports it as a virus.

Run an antivirus and malware scan, and if it doesn't find anything, remove and reinstall the application in question.
