Rear exaust.

what system, adding more fans doesn't really do much.

it's like a AMD FX 8150 with stock CPU cooler, rm750i psu and I am not quite sure what the graphics card is.

and thats all the parts that admit a lot of heat

not exactly sure. the brand name came off and it's a pretty generic looking case so I have no idea

with respect to cooling only - a rear exahust fan is usually enough for most systems

take a photo of your pc with the side panel off, so we know what we're working with

looks like a perfectly reasonably pc, more powerful than most

1. Does your case have spots for fans on the top or the side panel?

2. Consider buying a simple CPU cooler for $20-30 like Cooler Master Hyper 212 - this will reduce your CPU temp and will not circulate hotter air inside your pc.

3. The rear fan is usually enough to take care of the rest -

4. To deal with the dust, you can either buy dust filters for any of the openings on the case, or just cover them up.

5 if your temps are still too hot, then you can consider adding more fans on the side panel as an intake (IF you have the spot for it)

6. if all else fails - there are some really good cheap cases on the market that can keep your pc dust-free and run cool and quiet.

Can you just clarify - what is your reason for wanting to add more fans? is your pc running hot?

CLEAN IT. That heatsink looks like it's got more dust than aluminum.

An intake fan or two up front would be a good idea with all those drive cages blocking airflow to the CPU. Does your case have a vented side panel?

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

1. yes it does have places for both

2. I was plainning on maybe getting a hyper 212 evo and overclocking once I get the money

6. after I get maybe a better CPU cooler and graphics card I am thinking of getting a new case cuz one it's not the best looking case and two not much place to put the cables behind the motherboard tray

well I haven't been able to benchmark the heat because I am still trying to get one last piece for it but I just don't think there is much air flow going through the PC to keep everything cool, if this ends up not being the case (no pun intended) then I won't add anymore fans and I will just keep the single fan untill I upgrade the case

the fan looks clean but the heatsink under it looks pretty filthy

just take a cotton q-tip and vacuum to clean it out

yup I took the fan off and you were right there was some dust so I cleaned it out with a washcloth and no it wasn't a wet washcloth

If you take off the heatsink (which you probably should do anyway to refresh the thermal paste), water isn't going to hurt anything if you let it dry.

ok I will reapply thermal paste but I don't know how much good that would do seeing as I only have like $2 thermal paste off amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008MIMB0E/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I have a lot of that exact same stuff for cheapo flip computers that wouldn't get hot if you took a blowtorch to them. It works well enough. I wouldn't use it on an overclocked 4790K, but a 4790 running at stock with a clean heatsink? Sure.

Changing thermal paste doesn't do much. If you're going to get a new cooler, just use the included paste. Most coolers come with decent paste already.

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/

If you replace the cooler, use whatever comes with your new cooler. If you don't, just about anything name brand is solid. As long as it doesn't come in a tub or have the consistency of glue or water, you're good.
