Nah, I'm almost 100% sure it's the motherboard. FX-8 core on a board that looks like this?

No way. The VRMs can't handle the CPU, that's most likely the curlprit.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT 16GB GDDR6 Motherboard: MSI PRESTIGE X570 CREATION
AIO: Corsair H150i Pro RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 32GB 3600MHz DDR4 Case: Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic PSU: Corsair RM850x White

That's cause the board is shitty, really, really shitty. The CPU is powered by a 4 pin connector? It requires more.

I dont have any spare psu available nor i will be able to buy one for some time

Ryzen isn't a cheap way to go considering he wont be able to buy a new psu. I would recommend for the time being to get a better motherboard and see if it works

It should be alright as long as you don't play CPU intensive games. You can always try to underclock the CPU too

It's not even close to being a decent board for an FX chip but it's better than your current one. I suggest you give it a shot (I highly recommend you, run the CPU at stock settings, disable Turbo Boost and enable all of the power-saving features in the BIOS to have the highest probability of ruling out the motherboard as the culprit of your issue).
