Which build would be better?

Only difference is RAM, shouldn't effect gaming

What are you using them for? And there's no difference other than the amount of RAM. In gaming it would make no difference

If you're gaming only, then go for the 16gb of ram and maybe a larger ssd with the money you save.

Get the one with 16GB RAM and then later down the line when you get paid again buy another 2x8GB of RAM and have all 4 DIMMs in at once.

Thanks guys! Just wanted to have your opinions on them, I thought that the 16gb version was going to be better and cheaper. @Fungal didn't think that I could use the 16gb version to get a better SSD.

I have a 2tb SSHD in my build I'm currently using, the reason why I'm creating an entirely new build is because the build currently is DDR3. So I plan to just add the SSD to it.
