Is your network card plugged into a PCI/PCIe slot?

If so, have you tried a different slot?

Have you tried plugging ethernet straight into the motherboard?

Have you installed motherboard and/or network card drivers?

What dose it say in Device manager? can you see it in there when you have added it to your pc?
Next thing, what do you try to connect to? do you have a DHCP on your router, so your pc is getting an ip?

You sir, have a wonderful day ?  | Sorry for my bad dyslexia English  :(
