Would this be worth it?

Well I am getting a really good deal on this CPU, i7 4770k for 200 bucks and I was planning on getting a gtx 760 for now because I don't need too much performance... Is it worth it to have this killer cpu and maybe upgrade down the line for a better GPU just get a cheaper CPU?

Maybe its really not worth it for me even in my case. Because if I use a 760 the CPU is basically wasted Unless I make this a Mac with dual boot and use it for gaming and Editing = Worth it.

Not really. The CPU is fine. Just go for the AMD equivalent which is better for the money

Microcenter. Pretty much PC deal heaven. They don't send and you have to go to their stores in order to get the deals (i7 for the price of an i5)
