Bad memory

Long story short:

I got 2*4gb g.skill 4 ddr4 which worked flawlessly at first boot, but at second boot, one stock stopped working forever. I tried everything but it didn't work, so I had a replacement.

 

Now I have similar problem, but both sticks work individually but when I install both of our shows only one ram is working.

 

 

Mobo: gigabyte ga ab 350 gaming 3

Cpu: ryzen 5 1500x

Memory: g.skill 4 8gb kit 2400mhz

Did you try all slot combinations? Like both sticks in a black slot, both in them red slots, 1 black, 1 red... If so, me thinks bad mobo.

Did you check motherboard QVL, if that memory is even supported?

@Simon771 According to topic starter, it used to work, so it should work.

 

Did you try to clear/reset your bios to stock settings?

Nope it isn't supported  but it used to work.

Then your only hope would be BIOS update if you ask me.
