Under every WAN show, in the description, there's a soundcloud link.

So NO, it wouldn't be ok for you to rip off the youtube video, as you can just download it from soundcloud instead.

hi, i was wondering if i cna download the wan show from YT to convert it to audio only, so its kinda like a podcast?

You can just click the Download button in the thing right above. But yeah Oshino said it as well.
