Windows 8.1 Clean Uninstall (Not The OS)

Hi, how do i clear everything in Windows 8.1 Besides the OS and other critical things?

I want to remove:

All programs

All junk

Basically start fresh like a new pc

There's an option in the Windows settings application. Under system, there should be a option to refresh the system and delete user programs and files.

In the settings, there's an option to boot into recovery mode. In the recovery mode, you have an option to reset this pc. Try it.

Try holding shift and restart your computer. That should get you to a recovery screen. One of the options should be recovery. There should be a list of options in the next screen. Try that.
