Change the GPU to an aftermarket cooler. Everything else is good, but there are a few changes I'd make to save money. A 580 also isn't great for 1440p, so I'd upgrade to a 1070.

The cooler you chose isn't a good water cooler

 

The psu you chose is way overkill, something like an m12ii or cxm grey sticker unit will do.

 

The 480 you chose has a bad cooler, get a 580 with an aftermarket cooler.
