stolen gmail account

Hello.

 

Please, I would like your help in a serious problem I have. I have been stolen and changed my password in a Gmail account. Unfortunately, it's a lot of time ago that I created the account, and in these back days I did not know about mobile phone or 2-step verification secure. So, I have not enabled them in the account settings. I have tried all staff in Gmail help channel in order to recover the account, with no luck. Can you, please, help me recover it? Thank you for your time!

Contact Google, they have various methods of verifying that it's actually your account.

 

I don't think there's anything anyone here can do to help you get access to a Gmail account you don't have a password for.
