Hello,

I'm starting to animate a series of videos with some friends, and I need a PC to render it on.

I'm not going to be uploading to YT yet though.

My MacBook will probably overheat, and my main rig is already slow enough as it is.

I'm looking for a PC within a £200 budget.

I was thinking of this build: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/tP9N7h

What do you guys think?

Thanks in advance :)

EDIT: I don't need to build this PC now, I'll try to see if a mod can delete this or close this post.

I will. I was thinking about an XFX HD 7970 GHz but I might go for a 3GB GTX1060.

"The GTX 1060 is Nvidia’s answer to AMD’s new Polaris based RX 470. Comparing the RX 470 and 3GB 1060 shows that for pre DX12 games the 1060 edges ahead by 11%. The RX 470 is able to match the 3GB 1060 in DX12 games but this will remain a corner case until most games are optimized for DX12" ----quoted from http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-1060-3GB-vs-AMD-RX-570/3646vs3924
