Don't need PoE on every port, 2 ports now, would like another 2 as a just in case.

 

I know the Cisco IOS, I am CCNP.

 

I don't need it fanless, just not the loud datacenter type fans, or ones that are easily replaceable.

 

It doesn't need to be CLI managed, but does need to support vlans & LACP.
