Need help/tips on upgrading CPU

an 880k would be a decent pair with a 1050. the a4 is only a dual core. you will get more performance with the 880k

Hello everyone,

Specs:

Motherboard - GA-F2A55M HD2 Rev 3.0

CPU - AMD A4 6320

GPU - R7 250

RAM - 8GB

PSU - 500W

 

So first of all I want to say that I am not used to upgrading my PC the most I have done is change my PSU and my GPU, what I want to do is change my CPU and GPU for something better. What I am asking of you all is to possibly tell me if I could stick an AMD X4 880k and a GTX 1050 into this PC. Is the CPU compatible with my motherboard and if not could you recommend me something that is decent for gaming that is compatible? I have the 1050 already but I am getting really confused with the CPU side of things, is the 880k better than the A4? Its too confusing for me!
