I've had great trouble in the past giving my very first PC [a while ago =P] a new housing, since back then at least, dell used some weird Mobo form factor that was basically Dell only. Make sure you have the correct spacing, maybe check up on some Mobos approx your size and make sure the holes for the mounting screws have the right spacing! Otherwise you'll end up like me 10yrs ago spending an extra 500 bucks to get it working ;P

BEWARE! Everything dell is usually generic, mobo holes, cpu cooler and so on... I know some of the really old dells had standard ATX hole spacing on their mobo's but everything newer that I've seen has some dell-exclusive solutions everywhere you look. Here's a link, chapter 3.2 describes the placement of the holes in the mobo.

But there's nothing definite about dells form factors, Foxconn has its own ideas on motherboards..
