I think AIDA is doing both.

Nope afterburner is only for gpu

In AIDA64 when you stress CPU it will show his temp

or HWMonitor will do both. AIDA64 is an all-in-one solution, but it's not free-ware (try-before-you-buy ware).

 

I use RealBench and HWMonitor to stress.

Thanks, I'm doing some experimenting on my Node 202 for temps, I manage to lower 7°C on my GPU by putting 2 fans under it (one intake and one exhaust). And I exchanged my Intel cooler for a Cryorig C7 and that lowered it 5°C on the CPU.
