As i am a bit of max graphics settings freak and my previous pc cant achieve this i want to build my second pc around the price limit of my items all together +100-150 euros so here's my build i want any small or big part change that can satisfy my max settings feeling xD also any problem with the build(space,bottleneck,compatibility issues..anything),Thanks

We need more information. Max graphics in what? At what resolution? When you say "max", what do you really mean? Do you mean DSR? Just maxed sliders in the game? What games are you even playing?

 

Other than that lack of information, those parts are fine -- you're probably overpaying on the RAM, though. PSU could be improved (see this PSU Tier list). You also didn't list a motherboard.

 

Also, it's 2017. Get an SSD.

Because its Dominator Platinum. You are paying just for brand, name and some looks. There are cheaper RGB RAM if thats your thing. Or you could actually get best on market and go for G.Skill (idk if they are best anymore).
