To me it seems pretty good, except i would have gone for an AMD gpu to keep the cost down a bit.

It looks good. I would have just cable managed a bit more but that is more of an aesthetic personal preference

how do you know he doesnt want to play 4k? no amd gpu comes close to the 1080.

 

for the build though its got good components, just wants tidying up abit.
