CANNOT REINSTALL PYTHON

I installed python on my windows 10 computer. Then I uninstalled it for some reason. Now I want it again. But when I try to install it, it shows an error and now I can't install python. Refer to the screenshots for details.

Please help me.

Make sure you remove EVERYTHING even slightly related to python on your PC (not including previously made codes). Check appdata and program files and everything

How do I find EVERYTHING ?

Check all the places like i program files and program files 86. Check documents and where ever else.

Is it not in control panel? Check there as it may not be uninstalled properly
