Linksys VPN router

So I'm looking at the LINKSYS LRT224 VPN router and have a two questions about it.

 

1. How would I set this up?

2. Is it a partnered vpn service or can it be used with various vpn services

 

I'm currently using Mullvad VPN service and have been for a very long time now

 

My current Internet Service Provider is Eir located in Ireland.

 

My Ookla Speed Tests average around 9ms ping 72 Mbps download and a 18Mbps upload

Think the VPN part of it means you can set up your own vpn server. Not necessarily that you can set it up to connect to a VPN service. Depending on the OS it might be doable
