Big

Ambidextrous(?)

a little bit between light and heavy

If you wana splash the cash then maybe consider the Logitech G900. Its wireless which may be a turnoff for you, but its fairly large in length, its ambidextrous (although i think the guy asking wanted to know your grip style(palm, claw or fingertip)) and its 107g in weight which puts it somewhere in-between the lightweight Zowie mice <90g and the heavier Logitech G502 121g.

There really is no difference between the 3310 and the 3360 in real world usage even if you are hardcore about your video games so if you like the look of Zowie mice which all use the 3310 don't let it put you off. Zowie are the most popular brand among CSGO pros and if there was issues with the sensor this would of course not be the case.

I wanna buy a new mouse as my come-as-a-package Asus mouse is dead. I don't care that much about looks, rgb lighting, buttons, etc. I mainly wanna buy base on the chip (?) and the sensor inside

If you're really into performance only, Zowie might have some of the best options out there as they're main competitive supplier for mice.

PixArt PMW 3360 sensor and their variants, depending on what company is using it. It's considered the "best" sensor currently available from a performance and technical standpoint. So basically, mice like:

Logitech G303, G PRO, G403(wired and wireless), G502, G900

Razer Deathadder Elite

Roccat Kone Pure Owl Eye, Roccat Kone EMP

Corsair M65 Pro

Finalmouse Scream One

There's others from smaller, less popular companies, these are just the more popular ones off the top of my head. So there's lots of choices out there. Go for one that suits your hand size and grip preference.
