do 1080ti editions make a difference?

I will be water cooling so I kind of have to choose the founders edition 1080ti by EVGA but  what will I be loosing

that's what I thought but when I mentioned it on a suggestion they wigged out and started roasting me.

Some have better power phase designs than others so the ones that hit that top-tier OC record on LN2 would be better for that

You want an FE if you're gonna watercool. Easier to get blocks that way.

Looked though my history and couldn't find it... It was under the category water cooling and he basically was saying that custom graphics cards are the way to go and FE was garbage compared to the mighty custom graphics cards. I told him that the person was water cooling and started to understand.

I'll start mentioning that when I finally join the "gas mixture is bottlenecking my temps" guild.
