The PSU is more than enough.

 

It's not much of an upgrade from a 1060 to a 580, so if you already own/can't return the 1060 for a full refund then don't upgrade. If you can, then do.

so the biggest problem here is if my psu can give enough power... It consumes like a gtx 1080 but i calculated on outervision and it says that it needs 423w psu at least... So will my psu give enough?

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.
