Probably. Get RAM with Samsung B-dies, because it works better with Ryzen ;) G.Skill Flare X is very good

It doesn't use Smasung B-dies so you will not be able to get 3200MHz ;)

Yeah, you can remove the heatspreaders and paint them (preferably using engine enamel)

What do you mean paint the RAM itself? You shouldn't paint the PCB... (if that's what you are asking) The RAM sticks have heatspreaders which you can remove and paint...
