If that is your pump it means its  damaged but still working, when did you get it and have you taken it apart?

like a year ago, never taken it apart haha, but its hot to the tuch on startup, not burning my finger hot but almost.

RMA it (return to manufacturer)

 

Most AIO's have a 4-6 year warranty and that pump is totally done in with no fault on your end

I'd say evaporating coolant leading to the impeller in the pump to break down because it ran dry
