new build doesnt give video

hello. today i built my new build for gaming and such, when it was done, the gpu fans didnt spin and no video was coming to the monitor and i wondered why.

 

Specs:

CPU: AMD FX 6300

Mobo: ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0

RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws ddr3 8gb

GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 1050 Ti Expedition

is the ram well fit on your motherboard? all cables well connected? did you switch on the psu?

Remember to quote me (or someone else), otherwise we won't going to recieve your answers...

take of the gpu and put the display cable on the mobo header the install the OS and install the GPU and then install drivers of your GPU then lets see
