1+2) I'd get the 1600. It's 50% more cores which will help a lot with rendering, plus $50 isn't a lot compared to the cost of the build.

3) 520w is more than enough.

Test got dellayed to next week xD and the parts arrived earlier then expected , yesterday! i'm only able to pick them up later today , but i dont care , the beast has arrived!!!! xD

Wallet: If its lost lost like in public cancel all your cards ASAP sorry about any lost cash

Lost 15€ and deactivated debit card right away , i was near my local bank lol 

Here is the final build , dont mind the hanging cable , it's fixed now ahaha
