So last night I turned my computer to give a break. This morning I go to press the power button and nothing happens. I have the Asus Deluxe II motherboard and the leds are breathing like I configured them to do. I've tried pressing the power and reset switch onn the motherboard and nothing happens. When I press the clear cmos button the computer turns on and prompts me to go to the BIOS and when I save and exit it just turns off again and does not work.

Computer configuration

Intel i7 6850K

ASUS Deluxe II

2 x 16GB Corsair Vengeance Led 3000 MHZ

Corsair H115i

MSI GeForce 1070 Sea Hawk

512GB samsung 960 pro

Seagate firecracker 2tb sshd

Corsair rm1000i PSU

Windows 10

Check the power supply's back to see if its flipped on the right way, also check the red switch to see if its on the right voltage out put. Take out the cmos battery and wait about 15-30 min then place it back in for a cmos reset. There is also a hard reset on your mobo if you look it up you can take off the pin cap, start it up and then see if that works. And also you can try testing the power supply's 24 pin by taking a paper clip and shoving one end into a black and one into a green and seeing if you get power to see if its the psu.

The PSU is on I know it's not the 24 pin power connector because my motherboard leds light up. I've tried reseting the CMOS using the onboard clear CMOS button and that starts the computer loading to the BIOS  but when I save an exit the BIOS it won't turn back on

Is the cpu registered in the bios ?

Everything is registering in the BIOS it just won't turn on unless I hit the clear CMOS button and when I exit the BIOS it doesn't turn back on unless I hit the clear cmos button again and the cycle continues
