Well, It has been like... 6 Months since I started this thread :

 

And yesterday I decided to Upgrade my 8GB DDR4 2133MHZ (Which is the max frequency that the I5 6300HQ allows) with another 8GB DDR4 2133MHZ to make a Dual Channel configuration...

 

Well, the results explain by themselves

 

The one without text is 16GB DDR4 2133MHZ Dual Channel

 

Just wtf, from 64FPS to 101FPS xD

 

PC SPECS (LAPTOP)

I5 6300HQ

16GB DDR4 2133MHZ DUAL CHANNEL

1TB HDD

GTX 1060 3GB

 

 

I'm bad at speaking english, but im triying my best.

 

 

Also, The Witcher 3 on ultra settings in the outsides I was getting 70-80FPS, now I get the same, but in cities I was getting 40FPS with 100% CPU Usage, but now, with dual channel I get 60-62FPS in the cities.

I5 6300 is very strange I have only played on systems with i3's or quad core AMD chips so I cant tell what is going but you got lucky with a  minimal upgrade

Im mostly on discord now and you can find me on my profile

 

My Build: Xeon 2630L V, RX 560 2gb, 8gb ddr4 1866, EVGA 450BV 

My Laptop #1: i3-5020U, 8gb of DDR3, Intel HD 5500
