Can the wraith stealth cooler OC?

I've just bought the R5 1400 for my budget Ryzen build, but I wonder if the included cooler (wraith stealth) will be able to handle things like high intensity gaming or will it just thermally throttle the cpu? 

 

I also wonder if I have any overclocking potential with this cooler?

 

For the record, my mobo is the Gigabyte B350 Gaming 3.

It's a good cooler, and even OC capable. Just keep that temperature under control and don't be afraid to ramp up the fans if you really need to.

it is the smaller of all the AMD stock coolers, and it looks tiny, but these new CPUs use a smaller die and run cooler
