I basically want to run an L however the fittings I have seen (90 degrees) have compression on one end and thread on other end. I need the tubes to connect on both end thus have compression on both ends.

am i missing something here?

As in like this, it's for hardline which would be best for this application but there are these types also for soft tubing:

Usually you will need to get an adapter and put two fittings together to achieve that for soft tubing, I've seen them before for soft tubing but not very common.

For straight tubing your best option would be to use hardline with bends or adapters, soft tubing will always tend to have a slight curve to it.

10mm ID/16mm OD is the same as 3/8 ID-5/8 OD when dealing with soft tube
