Which Second Hand Build is Better?

Hi,

My friend wants to get a used PC for Overwatch mainly, and maybe the occasional AAA title. Which is a better for performance and future proofing? The first link does not include monitor.

Only issue I got for the 1st 1 is, it doesn't say what the PSU is, other than EVGA... Companies do make bad PSU's, so hopefully it is a good/decent 1.

definitely, more than twice the performance. the gtx 960 is similar to a gtx 1050 while the 290 is closer to an RX 470/480 in performance.
