x99 sabertooth and xeon- ram problem

Hello, I have an x99 sabertooth with xeon e5 2690 v3 processor with 2 sticks of 16gb ram.  It boots, both ram is shown in RAMMon, MEMtest86, and other tools, but in windows 10 and UEFI, it only shows 16gb RAM instead of 32gb.

 

Please give me a Linustechtips advice. Thanks

It shouldn't matter in this case.

Hi. Sorry I was away from my pc. i borrowed 2 set of rams but still no luck. i added pics of rams showing in uefi on both old new set of rams.
