Expansion Slot Identification

Hey guys, I was tasked with helping my mother upgrade her PC to take advantage of the internet she has signed on for, but I'm kinda stuck on what kind of expansion slots these are.
As far as I know the very top slot is a PCI for the video card that's installed and the second from the top is a PCIe, but I'm not sure what the bottom two are.

They're just PCI slots. And the top one is not PCI, it's PCIe.

A old standard of PCI.

Regular PCI. Pretty much useless by now as nothing modern uses that standard.

So any new PCI expansion cards if find will not be compatible with the bottom two slots?

PCI cards will work in those slots. PCIe cards will not.

If you find any cards using PCI, and not PCI-e, they will work in those slots. I'm just saying you won't be able to find anything at a store today that uses them. Most video, sound, LAN, WiFi, and RAID cards use PCI-e at this point.

Just for a bit more clarity, the PCI cards with the two notches (pictured below) will work in that PCI slot?

Yes. Most cards will be labeled as PCI or PCIe.
