Im getting an R9 290 at the end of the month and I am wondering if my power supply is enough to handle it along with a FX 8320?

 

I ask this because the R9 290 is quite power hungry and not sure how much stress it will put on my power supply.

 

PSU: Antec 620w continuous output (80 plus)
