Maybe in very well optimized games. Other than that, you're kind fucked. I'd recommend an i5 7500, maybe a 7600, and at least an rx 480. The 480's the sweet spot for 1080p gaming

not even close, a 6700+ cheap mobo+ rx480 will be much cheaper than 7700+expensive mobo+ rx480, i was talking about the non k, OP doesn't need a k cpu.
