Gaming Mouse Under $20 for FPS?

I need a mouse under $20 that is really good. I can buy used, and I would consider in getting either a Steel Series or a Logitech one.

The Thermaltake Talon has the best sensor in this price range.

And if you want more programmable keys and really like Logitech, the G300s is a good choice too.

There are no Steelseries mice under $20, or even $25. The Rival 100 is their cheapest and will set you back $30-35.
