1060 6GB/RX480 8GB and you're golden

Anything higher will be bottlenecked by the CPU kinda badly :/

Since you should have some monies left over, maybe upgrade your PSU as well? Its kinda crap...

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...

your psu is quite bad though.... corsair VS series stands of Very Sh**ty. If you stick with corsair then get something like the CSM series. Check this

As the rest, the 960 matches well with the i3 6100, so choosing one to upgrade is hard. I'd say replace the 960 with a 1060 3gb or 980 (used). As long as render distance is not changed and CPU load doesn't increase, a new graphics card can give you better experience.

Just to add (ish) Tier 3 and above is basically safe for any build and tier 4 is safe for lower power consuming parts. Tier 5 and below are kinda shitty however, they will power a very low power consuming build fine (i.e. a PC with an i3/pentium or APU only or maybe even a PC with an i3 and a 750).

On a side note, telling someone to use that list isn't the most helpful without an explanation ;)
