Command Center disk usage?

I'm currently using Command Center for fan management, but when the app is open, regardless of what it's doing or how long it's been open, disk usage will spike and vary from like 60-90%. I have no idea what this is and any help would be appreciated

Bump, any news. my new ryzen build is doing this and is not fun, although im not to worried(samsung 850 pro ssd ;) )

I couldn't fix it. Either use a different app, or just close it when you've changed your settings. It still applies even if the app is closed

cheers bud, i like having my fans in control at all times. but yeah seems turning it off doesnt affect em.
