$1500 Gaming PC

PC noob here, i've been saving $1500 for around 2 years now and i want to finally build my own pc. I only have a few rules, it must be air cooled, must have a GTX 1070 and an i7-7700k. I don't care for aesthetics so don't worry about that.

http://www.wikihow.com/Build-a-Computer  Don't forget you'll need a cpu cooler for the 7700k as it doesn't come with one, you said aesthetics don't matter so I'd recommend a big noctua cooler since they're about as good as air cooling gets

I already have a pretty good monitor lol, with that being said would you use the $200 on another upgrade or am i good as is?

This pretty much. If the monitor you have is 4K or 1440p/1080p 144Hz, then keep the build the same except grab a GTX 1080 Ti. You can make budget room for that by doing a couple changes like a $56 Seasonic M12II PSU or 8GB RAM. If your monitor is only 1080p or 1440p 60Hz, you can upgrade with the $200 or you can save them and spend only $1250 on the computer.
