Every once in a while a creagslist post leaves me scratching my head. In what world is a stand alone core 2 duo worth 50$ (USD) when you could get a q6600 shiped for 20$ on eBay?

It shouldn't be that confusing really.  Either they're not aware of the true value of their item, due to not having bothered to look around for similar things, or they're intentionally overpricing it just hoping someone will fall for it.
