if everything fails take out your mobo and lay it on a non conductive desk then put in the cpu and ram and plug in the cpu power and the 24pin and the power switch button (make sure you have your cpu cooler on)

if all this doesnt work try your old hardware with just cpu and ram and if that fails try old psu service center should be a last resort

Got to go for the night, hope you get it fixed! I would do everything here before going to service, they charge you obscene amounts of money and generally just go through the same stuff that you can find here:

all mobo have either a fuse or a fusable link.

look your mobo up and find where yours are located and check

then check that the mobo battery is good, it may very well have shorted out

cmos battery is what to search for

I truly appreciate all of your help @jet224presents and @Cryptica135 Ill try those first thing tommarrow and if I still can't get anything, I will probably take it to micro center, I think they are the best at computer fixing
