What do you think of the 600$ Samsung Gear S3 Classic?

So apparently a company called "De Billas", reworked the Samsung Gear S3 Classic onto a more "classic" luxury watch approach, just not as luxurious of course.

Looks really nice for sure and is relatively cheap for a gold plated device (GoldGenie sells smartphones for 3000£+, so its easy to say this is cheaper than the usual, smartwatch or smartphone). Im not sure how attempting to create some sense of luxury on a smartwatch would work, especially since the battery will have to get replaced and the coating will vanish over time. True luxurious mechanical watches arent plated with anything and can last over 100 years with proper service and care, or even way more.

Would you buy this watch and what do you think about it?

Also, the comments are quite funny on this one.

The only smartwatch I would use at this point is either an Apple Watch or Pebble (but they got bought out)...

Holy God... The Apple Watch with 24K gold?! Can they gold-plate my 3DS XL?

Hasnt Fitbit already present a fitness\smartwatch that lives to some of the hype of what Pebble pretended to show?

Heck, Fitbit is buying everyone nowadays xD, next you thing you know they are gonna buy the whole Swatch Group.

Not that I've seen. The cost is much to high to count it as a successor for the Pebble.

Hopefully not. I'm hoping that Fossil will make a budget oriented smartwatch like their existing line. I have the most hope for them, but Apple has made a truly remarkable watch, though the battery is lacking.

Of all the things Apple has done, i will say that the Apple Watch series 2 having a 50M rated water resistance is quite amazing on the consumer eletronics world. Their processors are also quite faster and the system has an excellent basis to back up its functionality and development is quite healthy.
