That's not a standard resolution.

Does that even exist or are you making it up?

It shouldn't be odd though... unless you manually resize the window.

The specs of that TV show it as a standard 1920 x 1080 Full HD ("1080p") resolution.

 

Something in your system is possibly upscaling or applying an incorrect resolution. The resolution you've listed is not standard, and no device I've ever heard of uses it.

Googling that resolution, the best I can come up with is that that's a resolution nVidia supports for DSR.  In short, it's 1080p x 1.2, so you can render at 1.2x 1080p and scale it down for a BIT of super sampling.  Or at least it's usage in DSR makes up the most of the results in Google.
